Villa 5 has a spacious and stylish open-concept living and dining space, designed for comfort and entertainment. Enjoy your favorite shows or stream the latest movies on a 70" flat-screen Smart TV. Relax on the L-shaped leather couch, which includes two queen sleeper sofas and a loveseat, perfect for extra guests.

Host family dinners or gatherings at the elegant dining table with seating for eight. For larger groups, additional patio tables can be brought in to accommodate everyone. The granite breakfast bar offers extra seating with two barstools—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The area is climate-controlled with a remote-operated A/C unit, and the JBL scream sound system with Bluetooth, radio, and USB ensures the perfect soundtrack, whether you’re lounging indoors or enjoying the poolside vibe. A pool table adds even more fun to the mix.

The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with everything you need for gourmet meals or quick bites. It includes, electric stove and oven with vent, microwave, full-size refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher & garbage disposal, coffee pot, toaster, & blender.

The villa has 12 beautifully appointed bedrooms. Bedrooms 1–10 each feature a private bathroom, one king-size bed, custom-built closets, a 50" flat-screen TV, A/C with remote, hair dryer, iron, and a personal safe. Bedrooms 11 & 12, each  room offers two queen-size beds along with the same high-end amenities found in the king rooms.
