Located within the newly built Casa Rio Mar 7-villa community in Jaco Beach, tRio Mar Villa 4 offers a spacious covered 2nd-floor balcony and a private pool, complete with beach chairs and an umbrella for ultimate relaxation. On-site, you can enjoy dining and drinks at the beachfront restaurant and bar, open 7 days a week, while taking in breathtaking tropical sunsets and mesmerizing ocean views.

The spacious living room features a 70” flat-screen smart TV with cable, internet access, and popular streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, and Google. The dining area includes a table with seating for eight, with additional tables from the patio available for extra dining options. A granite breakfast bar with two barstools adds a casual seating area, and the JBL Scream sound system with Bluetooth, radio, and USB provides music for both indoor and outdoor use. An AC unit with remote control ensures comfort in the living space. The L-shaped leather couch includes two queen-size sleeper sofas and a loveseat, offering plenty of seating for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven with a vent hood, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. It’s stocked with a coffee pot, toaster, blender, and rice cooker for all your cooking needs. A huge cooler and BBQ with utensils are available for outdoor dining, and the kitchen comes with glasses, pans, pots, and all necessary cookware. A granite countertop island provides extra prep space, while the refrigerator features an ice maker and a filtered water dispenser.

Bedrooms 1 – 3 each come with a king-size bed, custom-built closets, and a private bathroom for added convenience. Each room is equipped with an AC unit with remote control, hairdryer, iron, and a safe. A 50” flat-screen TV is provided in each room for entertainment.
