The spacious living area features a 70" flat-screen Smart TV and a relaxing L-shaped leather couch, which includes two queen sleeper sofas and a loveseat. Enjoy music indoors or outdoors with the JBL Scream Sound System, equipped with Bluetooth, radio, and USB. The dining area offers a table for eight, with additional patio tables available for extra seating. A breakfast bar with granite countertops and two stools adds extra space for casual meals, while the AC unit keeps the room cool and comfortable.

This fully-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, and a range of appliances including a coffee pot, toaster, blender, etc. The refrigerator features an ice maker and filtered water dispenser.. For outdoor dining, there's a huge cooler and BBQ with utensils. The kitchen is stocked with glasses, pans, pots, and all the cookware you’ll need, along with a spacious granite countertop island for additional prep space.

Bedrooms 1 – 5 each feature a king-size bed, custom-built closets, and a private bathroom for ultimate comfort. Each room is equipped with a 50” flat-screen TV, an AC unit with remote, a hairdryer, iron, and a safe for your peace of mind.

Relax by the pool with beach towels, six reclining beach chairs, and a live-edge Guanacaste table seating eight. Enjoy the sun with a beach umbrella and chairs, or have fun with surfboards, boogie boards, beach toys, and a volleyball net. Hanging chairs provide the perfect spot to unwind.
