Wave House

The Wave House is a stunning 4-bedroom villa with a modern, minimalist, and tropical design, located in Hacienda Pinilla community. It offers a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living, with high ceilings, large windows, and surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

The house has a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge, all leading to a large terrace with sunbeds, a pool, jacuzzi, lounge area, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ, ice machine, fridge, and another dining table.

The house has 4 beautifully designed bedrooms. The Master suite features a King-size bed, a private closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom that opens onto a tropical patio. There are two Junior suites, each with a King-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower, and a TV. The Family bedroom includes Bunk beds (4 Queen-size beds), an en-suite bathroom, and a TV. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, A/C, a closet, a safe, and blackout curtains. Housekeeping service is included Monday to Friday (except holidays).

Wave House guests have access to Hacienda Pinilla amenities which include a tennis club, 18-hole golf course, access to JW Marriott’s restaurants and beach (day pass), and the Beach Club with fitness facilities, infinity pool, conference room, restaurant, and bar.

The house is fully furnished with high-end pieces and features a cozy living room that comfortably hosts up to 10 guests. For larger groups, the nearby Villa Twilight Tree (5bd) and Casa Noches (8bd) can be combined (8-minute walk).
